Is investing in your service-based business really worth it?

When I first started my business, this question came up a lot:

Should I really put money into this?

I loved the work I was doing but investing felt serious.

Running ads felt serious.

I felt like a newbie at entrepreneurship.

I know it might sound a little silly.

Why, as a FB Ad Strategist, did I not want to run FB Ads for my business?

I was scared of failure. I was scared of making a catastrophic mistake.

I was telling myself the stories that everyone tells themselves when they'd rather be stuck than move forward.

Then I thought, "Luan, if you can't invest in ads for your business, then who the heck is gonna wanna invest in services with you?"

Then I pulled the trigger and invested in advertising.

Did I invest $2000? $5000?

Nope. I invested $40.

Here are the results from my first ad campaign:

I didn't have a huge audience, but I managed to get a cost per lead of $3.33... which was more than $4 below the CPL average at the time 🤯

I ran ads that were performing 2.5X better than other advertisers.

And this was just my first campaign.

Investing in your business IS worth it. You just have to release the fear of stepping into your power.
