Mortgage Broker Marketing

This Mortgage Brokerage’s primary source of business is through Mortgage Broker Referrals. In this B2B business, email marketing and organic social media posting were the primary focus. This client didn’t want to spend money on advertising, so I worked on their organic growth. I drafted weekly email newsletters that were sent out to their Mortgage Broker contacts, and I posted frequently on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram).

Lastly, the email marketing assisted One Stop Mortgage with staying top of mind for Mortgage Brokers. They get email replies and phones calls weekly relating to the content in the emails.

I worked for Creative by Latitude with the owner, Kendall, to help her develop ideas and brainstorm different strategies we can put in place for her marketing strategy. I was the social media voice behind the brand, meaning I was a content creator for the social media outlets and some website graphics. I was tasked with reaching out to brands and brainstorming what message we should deliver next.
