Go to your Account Quality in Facebook Business Manager
Open up a new tab and go to your Facebook Business Manager’s Account Quality.
From that screen, click Account Status Overview.
You’ll then be redirected to a page where you can see if you’ve had any issues with your ad account.
Search your page for “What you can do” and read that section. Follow the steps in that section to resolve your account.
What to do if your Facebook Ad Account still isn’t working
Head over to Facebook Support. You’ll be prompted to fill out the information about your account. Try to put in as much detail as you can. You’ll then be redirected to chat with a Facebook Specialist. From there, they will give you some next steps on how to solve your account issue!
If you notice that your account STILL isn’t working after chatting with Facebook Support, you can go to Facebook Support again, and request an update on your case.
Last, don’t panic. It happens.
You may need to be patient as your ad account is being reviewed. It can be frustrating, but unfortunately, there isn’t a way to speed up the process at the moment.
